Zomelle, Inc. (“Company”, “we” or “us”), the owner of this website, is committed to preserving the privacy of those who visit our www.zomelle.com website and/or use our applications (our website and applications, collectively the “Site”). Our Site provides information about the Company, home staffing, and other home management services the Company provides (collectively, the “Services”). This document will outline how we gather and utilize various sources of information obtained during your visit to the Site, as well as how we collect information. By using or accessing the Site, you signify your consent to our Privacy Policy. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR OTHERWISE USE THE SITE.

Protection for Children

We have no intention of collecting Personal Information from children (i.e., individuals under the age of 13). Where appropriate, we take reasonable measures to inform children not to submit such information to our Site or in response to advertisements. If a child has provided us with Personal Information, we will use all reasonable efforts to delete such information from our database.

Account Information

If you create an Account, we’ll collect certain information that can be used to identify you, such as your name, email address, postal address, and phone number (“Personal Information” or “PI”). If you create an Account using your login credentials from one of your social networking services (“SNS”), we’ll be able to access and collect your name and email address and other PI that your privacy settings on the SNS Account permit us to access. If you create an Account through the Site or one of your SNS Accounts, we may also collect your gender, date of birth and other information that is not considered PI because it cannot be used by itself to identify you.

Traffic Analytics

We use a number of third party service provides, such as Google Analytics, to help analyze how users use the Service (“Analytics Companies”). These Analytics Companies uses Cookies to collect information such as how often users visit the Service, what features they use on our Apps, and what other sites they used prior to coming to the Website. We use the information we get from these Analytics Companies only to improve our Website, Apps and Services. These Analytics Companies collect only the IP address assigned to you on the date you visit the Service, rather than your name or other personally identifying information. We do not combine the information generated through the use of our Analytics Companies with your personal information. Although these Analytics Companies may plant a persistent Cookie on your web browser or mobile device to identify you as a unique user the next time you visit the Service, the Cookie cannot be used by anyone but the Analytics Company that placed the applicable Cookie. Location Information

When you use our Site, we may collect and store information about your location by converting your IP address into a rough geo-location or by accessing your mobile device’s GPS coordinates or coarse location if you enable location services on your device. b. Zomelle Service Providers

We may share your personal information with our service providers for purposes including, without limitation, providing you with the Services that we offer you through our Site, conducting quality assurance testing, facilitating the creation of accounts, maintenance, administration, support, payment, hosting and database management; and/or to provide other services to the Company.

c. Corporate Restructuring

We may share some or all of your personal information in connection with or during negotiation of any merger, financing, acquisition or dissolution, transaction or proceeding involving sale, transfer, divestiture, or disclosure of all or a portion of our business or assets. In the event of an insolvency, bankruptcy, or receivership, personal information may also be transferred as a business asset.
