Zomelle is an all-inclusive network of move-in-ready rooms and apartments for rent, paired with hotel-style conveniences — on a flexible month-to-month term.
As we define it, coliving is a modern form of housing where residents
share living space (or common areas) and a set of interests, values,
and/or intentions. It’s a new take on an old idea, imagined by a millennial
generation that values things like openness and collaboration, social
networking, and the sharing economy.
To give you the short answer, a serviced apartment is a fully furnished
apartment, available for both short-term and long-term stays, providing
amenities for daily use, housekeeping and a range of other services, all
included within the rental price. Now, you might be thinking: “Sounds a lot
like a hotel.” But no, they are actually two very different things.
Pick an home – Find a home you’re interested in from our network.
Apply – Interview and submit some personal documents.
Pack up the necessities – Personal effects, special toiletries, etc.
Move-in – Show up to your new home and start living!
Our minimum stay length in all cities is 30 days. After that, you can stay as long as you like!
Nope! We’ve got everything up and running before you move in.

Payments can be made online through our mobile app.
We accept all major credit and debit cards.
We charge a processing fee for credit card payments because our third party payment processor, Stripe, charges us a fee for accepting credit card payments.
The descriptor of the payment on your bank statement will say ZOMELLE.
